To activate your meter warranty, you can complete and mail the warranty registration card that came with your Prodigy meter or call our Customer Care team at 1-800-243-2636.

Limited Lifetime Warranty: Prodigy Diabetes Care, LLC extends a Limited Lifetime Warranty to consumers who purchase a new Prodigy® brand meter (“Purchaser”).  A meter is covered under this Limited Lifetime Warranty from the original date of purchase, or receipt, from a participating managed care plan or provider, as long as it has not been modified, altered, or misused. Under this Limited Lifetime Warranty, Prodigy will replace the meter with the same meter, or one with more features, free of charge, if it is defective in material or workmanship, provided that the Purchaser returns to Prodigy the meter the Purchaser desires to replace.  Prodigy will pay shipping costs for the replacement meter.

Purchasers must contact Prodigy Diabetes Care Customer Care in the USA at 1-800-243-2636 to make a claim under this Limited Lifetime Warranty.

NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE MADE. PRODIGY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES RESULTING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM THE FAILURE OF A PRODUCT TO PERFORM IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIFICATIONS.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of other express or implied warranties or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
